Transcript:

Selsey A.R.P. personnel are agitated because of the slackness on the part of those in authority in regard to the change over of the first aid post from the Church Hall to the room at the back of the Pavilion, kindly offered by Mrs Wills Rust at a nominal rent and accepted more than a month ago. The telephones are in one place and the equipment in the other, and everything is held up for a few minor alterations to be made, about which this delay has occurred. At this rate, the war will be over before fixtures are completed!
