Dance – Chichester Observer – Wednesday, 13 May 1925
Transcript:

SELSEY. Crablands Park Club Dance. The Pavilion was the scene of a convivial gathering on Wednesday night, when the Crablands Park Club celebrated the opening of its tennis and bowls season with a dance. A large number of people was attracted, parties from Chichester and the surrounding district being present. The Selsey Jazz Band, under the direction of Mr. C. Smith, discoursed music for the dancing, which was kept until 2 a.m. During the evening a diversion was made by the screening of Pathe Gazette film, which was greatly enjoyed.
