PAVILION, SELSEY. Deanna Durbin, Charles Laughton and Franchot Tone can be seen at the Pavilion, Selsey, on Monday in "BECAUSE OF HIM". "RENEGADES," which comes on Thursday and stars Evelyn Keyes, Willard Parker, Larry Parks and Edgar Buchanan, is one of the most compelling films of action audiences have seen in a long time. The production is vast in conception. The Technicolor camera roves over backgrounds which almost bring the tang of the great outdoors into the theatre, so natural are they. Here, then, is adventure plus romance, fine acting, plus a story filled with emotional impact, and skilful direction allied to situations which will tug at every one's heartstrings - and that is not to say there is not a dash of comedy as well. Patrons are asked to note that as from this week there will be two separate performance commencing 5.30 and 8pm.
