Transcript:

PAVILION, SELSEY. Coming to the Pavilion on Monday for three days is Anthony Kimmins' "MINE OWN EXECUTIONER," a picture which deals with the queer workings of the human mind. Felix Milne (Burgess Meredith). a sincere and very able but "unqualified" psychiatrist, is asked by Moll Lucian (Barbara White) to undertake the treatment of her husband (Kieron Moore) who, suffering from the effects of Japanese torture when an R.A.F. pilot, attempts to murder his wife. Milne, having started a serious flirtation with his wife's friend, neglects his patient —with drastic results. Paulette Goddard is a fascinating adventurer, and Michael Wilding a young viscount in Sir Alexander Kord's Technicolour version of Oscar Wilde's "AN IDEAL HUSBAND," on Thursday.
