Transcript:

PAVILION, SELSEY. Heading the programme to be presented on Monday for three days, the star American comedy team of Abbott and Costello "HIT THE ICE" with mirth provoking force and explode in a shower of laughs with their hilarious adventures in the frozen north. As Flash and Weejie, who are attempting to earn a living as press photographers, the funsters are mistaken for gunmen and become involved in a bank robbery. The crooks escape to a mountain resort and Flash and Weejie give chase. Elyse Knox and Patric Knowles provide romantic interest. A slightly different brand of comedy comes from Britain's Will Hay on Thursday and Friday, when, teamed with Moore Marriot and Graham Moffatt, he is filmed as "CONVICT 99." There will be a full supporting programme.
