PAVILION, SELSEY. JEAN KENT, Roland Young, Kathleen Harrison, Derek Parr, Hazel Court and Ronald Howard are starred in "BOND STREET" showing at the Pavilion, Selsey, for the first three days of next week. The story is set in London’s street, from which it takes its name and brings together half-a-dozen different people, ranging from a heartless killer to a society bride. "QUEEN OF SPADES" which completes the week's entertainment, stars Anton Walbrook with Edith Evans in a story based on gambling in the Russian capital in 1806. It tells of a captain of engineers who learns the secret of winning at cards from an old countess. He goes to the gambling tables and stakes his life's savings on the countess's system, waiting for the turn of card that can make or break him.
