Carnival Queen. The Selsey Carnival will take place on August 11th. The Carnival Queen (18 years or over) will be elected by ballot at the Pavilion on July 27th. At the same time four “maids of honour’', who must be under 18 years of age, will be elected. All entries must be sent to the Selsey printing office before Saturday, July 24th.
