SELSEY'S CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. A YEAR OF USEFUL WORK. ANNUAL MEETING. Increased postal facilities, electricity, gas and water undertakings and universal closing time for Selsey were some of the matters for which members of the Selsey and District Chamber of Commerce pressed at their annual meeting, held in the small hall of the Pavilion, on Tuesday evening of last week. The President (Mr. E. G. Arnell) occupied the chair, and he was supported by Mr. L. Maidment (Chairman), Lieut.. Col. W. G. Moore (Vice-Chairman), Mr. F. W. Phipps (Treasurer) end Mr. F. W.
