Shanghai—city of revelry, sin, garish wealth, crawling poverty, the earth's last melting pot—is the setting of the Arnold Pressburger film, "THE SHANGHAI GESTURE," starring Victor Mature, Gene Tierney, Walter Huston and Ona Munser, which opens at the Pavilion, Selsey next Monday through Renown release. The second half of the week brings Vera Hruba Ralston and Eugene Pallett in "LAKE PLACID SERENADE."
