Transcript:

Women's Institute. The annual Christmas party given to members of the Women’s Institute and their friends, was held in the Pavilion on December 2nd. The chief attraction was the play 'Zurika,’ by the pupils of Gwendon School, and the principal, Mrs. Owens, and her staff, the children, are to be congratulated on their excellent effort . One pupil displayed really remarkable talent as the clown and the other parts were all played very well. (N.B.
