CHICHESTER COUNTY BENCH. Yesterday (Tuesday) before Mr. W. H. B. Fletcher (in the chair). Colonel H. D. Fryer, and Messrs. T. Hutton. T. J. Eastland. W. L.,Gibbings. E. G. Arnell. G. F. Lees, F. H. Padwick G. Jones, C. Vine and Michell Ellis................The Bench further renewed on the application of Mr, C. B. Tompkins, the cinema license of the Pavilion, Selsey, which has been reconstructed after the serious fire of last August.
