Transcript:

The Church Army. A most interesting meeting, under the auspices of the Church Army, was held at the Pavilion on Tuesday evening of last week. The chair was taken by Bishop Twitchell. who introduced Mrs Holmes, the Church Army Secretary, who explained the meaning of the different pictures which were filmed during the evening. There were many illustrations of the splendid Work done by the Army and these aroused much interest. A collection was taken on behalf of Society and this realised the sum of £5-10s.
