Film Preview – Bognor Regis Observer – Saturday, 15 March 1947
Transcript:

PAVILION, SELSEY. "O.S.S." is the intriguing title of Paramount's film which reveals for the first time jealously guarded secrets of Allied Intelligence. Co-starring Alan Ladd and Geraldine Fitzgerald, it is for presentation at the Pavilion, Selsey, on Monday. Alan Ladd in "O.S.S." is rough and tough enough to satisfy his most ardent fans. But in contrast to his portrayals of the pugnacious ex-Naval officer of " The Blue Dahlia " and the steely eyed gambler of " Salty O'Rourke," Ladd adds cunning and finesse plus a high degree of moral courage and patriotism to his exciting role in this picture. "HOUSE ON 92ND STREET," comes on Thursday, and stars Lloyd Nolan, William Eythe and Signe Hassa.
