Transcript:

SELSEY, PAVILION. Columbia Pictures' Technicolor fantasy of old Bagdad. "A THOUSAND AND ONE NIGHTS," opens at the Pavilion on Monday. Cornel Wilde, Evelyn Keyes, Phil Silvers and Adele Jergens are the featured players. The screen play was written by Wilfrid H. Pettitt, Richard English and Jack Henley. It was directed by Alfred E. Green. Sinewy drama, replete with action, is the keynote of John Ford's latest and most brilliant achievement, "MY DARLING CLEMENTINE," a 20th Century- Fox film which opens on Thursday. This is outdoor drama at its best, with Henry Fonda, Linda Darnell and Victor Mature doing sterling work in the starring roles and a strong supporting cast led by Walter Brennan, Tim Holt and Cathy Downs, each contributing-to one of the most satisfying entertainments you are likely to see.
