Women's Institute Meeting-Chichester Observer-Wednesday 12 February 1930
Transcript:

W. I. On Wednesday last, the Women's Institute held their monthly meeting, the Rev. Sydney Morgan (of Chichester) giving an excellent and inspiring address on the League of Nations and the benefits accrued from it. Much laughter was heard when the Rev. Morgan asserted “If the women want the League of Nations it is bound to come.” The Sidlesham W.I. members then gave their Nativity play, which was written by a well-known Sidlesham member. More than one hundred members were present.
